SICKLE SUPPORT & HEALTH ACCESS INITIATIVEÂ
Improving Access. Extending Lives. Strengthening Communities.
Improving Access. Extending Lives. Strengthening Communities.
In Nigeria, thousands of children live with sickle cell disease, yet many cannot afford routine treatment.
In underserved communities and internally displaced person camps, access to care is even more limited, leaving families to choose between survival and cost.
We bridge the gap by supporting access to routine and essential medications, delivering community-based health outreaches, educating patients and caregivers, while generating credible research and resources that support better policy.
